Inductiva integrated two new simulators into the platform, expanding support for advanced multiphysics and PDE-based modeling.

• New top-right component displaying Current Balance and "Buy Credits" button. The new navigation makes it effortless to monitor your credits and top up whenever you need.
• Three-Step Purchase Workflow:
  1. Confirm Billing Details
     Clear display of your billing information, Platform Fee and Top-up limits for
  2. Complete Your Purchase
     Complete payment securely through Stripe's checkout.
  3. Purchase Confirmation
     Instant confirmation of successful purchase, including relevant information about potential bank exchange fees.
• In-Workflow Support
  Encountered an issue during purchase? Get help without leaving the purchase workflow: fill in a short form with quick access to common issues.

📧 Email Notification Settings for Inductiva Alerts

You can now manage whether you want to receive email notifications for selected Inductiva Alerts. While all critical alerts continue to be sent automatically, this update adds flexibility, allowing you to choose email delivery for certain alert types based on your preferences.

Access these options from the Notifications Settings screen in the Console.
